At Gracefully Given, each gift box is carefully assembled and prepared for delivery. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Final Sale Items

All Gracefully Given products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This policy applies to all gift boxes and items sold on gracefullygivenco.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assist you, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will review each issue on a case-by-case basis and work to resolve it appropriately.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for final sale items.
Approved resolutions for damaged or incorrect orders may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
